I have 1.25 Bora spacers due to deliver on the 7th. Not expecting any issues with the stud length since I’m on OE wheels with deep relief pockets.

1” spacers work with factory wheel pockets. That’s the limit. I think I might’ve given how much clearance was remaining between the factory wheel pocket and the end of the stud.

Here’s more information on what I found with my custom made spacers. (At least a two week turnaround)

The factory studs protrude .410” with the 1” spacer installed. The factory pockets on my 2019 Sahara Upgrade wheels are about .750” deep measuring with a depth gauge.

Thank you everyone that contributed to this thread. Came home with 315/70/17 on stock Rubicon rims and stock suspension. Going to the Jeep Jamboree next weekend, I'll report on what an awesome time I had when I return. Currently sitting at 33psi after chalk test, and used OBD JScan to make the adjustments. There's a lot of good info in this thread, you just have to be patient and read the whole thing through.

Post Greenbrier Jeep Jamboree, no rubbing, no turning issues, had lots of full lock either side and full stuff. Very capable, aired down to 15pai all weekend. No issues whatsoever.

Costco said they would only go up 3% from the stock tires but I bought the 35x12.5x17 anyway. Surprisingly they mounted them. Look great!

Did the Mopar suspension lift, with the Fox shocks, and then mounted/balanced cheap 35's from Amazon at the same time, on the stock Rubicon wheels. The drive actually improved. It's like the vehicle was designed to run on 35's from the get-go. I've been driving it daily for almost a year, on shitty New Orleans roads, and am happy with the performance. (~20mpg)
