Question above. I am keeping my 33 inchers just in case but really don't want to as I really have no storage.

If Mopar vehicle protection plan, technically yes. It states any modification from manufacturer's specs voids the plan. However, 1. the dealership would have to know/identify the tires were not oem size, and 2. they would have to prove that caused whatever the issue is for which you are seeking service.

Make sure the width of the 35" diameter tire is not too wide for your stock 7.5" width wheel.

Yup. They are actually already installed. https://www.jlwranglerforums.com/fo...ou-do-to-your-jeep-jl-today.3033/post-1848930

Kept my 33's just in case, but really have no place to store them.. So gonna take the risk and get rid of them...then deal with whatever happens down the line with the dealership.
At 3,000 miles, I had Discount Tire install my Falken Wildpeak A/T3W LT315/70R17 tires. I did not need the original tires, so Discount Tire gave me $75 each for my five OEM tires.

Well, mine have 29K on them, so not worth anything....I gotta pay to have them trashed.

Put 'em on FB Marketplace, probably won't get much but at least you're not paying just to throw them away.

I've had no issues and I have 37s on my stock wheels and it's lifted. Each side of my engine has been rebuilt and had a rear main seal leak fixed as my biggest items under warranty, but it's been in the dealer A LOT.
