I did consider 20's (have 20s on my 2019 Dodge RAM with 35x12.5 Toyos)...and they look good. My daughter preferred the look for "more sidewall"...so its more for looks than anything.

I love my 20's on my RAM though

3.5 EVO Enforcer Stage 3 Plus, with Rancho RS9000XL shocks, 37x12.5x17 Cooper STT Pro’s on Method Roost wheels. I have nothing but good things to say about this lift/shock combination. Ride height is perfect with stock Rubicon fenders, no rubbing. Rancho adjustable shocks let me soften things up off road and stiffen the ride for better handling on street.

How's the road noise on these Cooper's?

Well, when off-roading, it's more about function than looks. I think your daughter is onto something.

More sidewall equals more effectiveness off-road. Simply put, it's more protection for your wheels when the tire is compressed.

I went back and forth between these and Fuel Anzas. Not a big fan of too much poke. Outside tire edge is 2” to fender edge. Absolutely no regrets with final call

Congrats, great build. My current jeep is a '13 2 dr JK Sahara, 2.5 teraflex lift, Pro Comp wheels with 295 70 18's, terra grappler 2's which has been pretty amazing as a dd. I will be ordering a 2020 rubi soon, on fence on engine choice, but will be matching your wheel combo, grenades/ridge grapplers and while I current have an 18" wheel, the 20"s are growing on me. I've always loved the look of the 18" wheel, did you consider 20's?
Thanks! And congrats on your soon to be new baby! Yeah I did think about 20s but honestly thought they were a bit too much. Everyone is different, but that said, for me if I went with 20s I'd have to go with 38 or 39 tires. And I just didn't want to go that big on a daily driver. If anything I debated more about 35 vs 37s.... and also about the rim color. I really like the gray color rims on a jeep my color, kind of like these. >

And my rims have a bit more of a offset than I'd prefer. If I was doing it over I probably would have tucked the tires in a bit tighter.... I've got plenty of room. But yeah 20s I did think about, but not too much.

A picture fresh off the latest upgrades. As it relates to this thread...

2.5" Metalcloak Gamechanger
37" Mickey Thompson Baja Boss

Started a build thread over in the build forum. I'll do a complete walk around in a few days of all the other goodies.
