Agreed. I like your front bumper, which one is it?Metalcloak 2.5" lift with rockshocks and replacement front driveshaft, 35" BFG AT. Of course I could have gone 37", but to me this is the optimal compromise between off-road capability and street manners. To do 37s right requires more than just bigger tires IMHO.
I am loving this!Front view of the 37x13.5s. Really dig the stance.
Thanks Keith, it's the Barricade. Made from stainless steel. I looked for a winch plate that would work with it and found that the LoD Signature series fits perfectly.Agreed. I like your front bumper, which one is it?
Thanks! Appreciate the kind words. I’m stoked with how it turned out.I am loving this!
What wheel width, backspace and offset? Any interiror issues/rubbing with turn or articulation?
Nice! Hm... so for an 18x9" running 37x13.5/18.... -12mm offset may or may not be more inside the wheel. I will have to check that. Thanks! Appreciate the kind words. I’m stoked with how it turned out.
I’m running the Mopar 2” Lift, sitting on Cooper 37x13.5r20 STT Pros, with the Method MR606 20x10, which have a -24mm offset (and are also hub centric ).
I have no rubbing issues so far. Tried with full turn. I have articulated some but have not stuffed it fully yet - no rubbing yet. I’m pretty confident I won’t rub at full articulation, I researched pretty heavily and watched others with same size tires and lift with no issues, and they had less backspacing than I do.
Yes it will sit slightly further in the wheel well, by little less than 1/2". You can play around with different sizes, compare to stock, etc with this tool. I found it very helpful: https://tiresize.com/wheel-offset-calculator/Nice! Hm... so for an 18x9" running 37x13.5/18.... -12mm offset may or may not be more inside the wheel. Dude, Looks awesome! I'm getting ready to jump into a setup very similar to yours. Looks great with the 3.5. I was convinced to go Teraflex 2.5" but after seeing this... I'm not so sure. 3.5 may be the way to goI have the Teraflex 3.5” ST3 LIFT WITH 37’S. I don’t know if it’s the lift compared to others, but my ride is great and I reach 8th gear regularly. Of course when you step on the gas it shifts. I have kept the gearing and axles stock, no need to upgrade. Maybe down the line but as of now, it drives and performs great. (No rock crawling)
Gas mileage isn’t great but I only drive city around 15-16 (I didn’t by it for the mpg)
Thanks! As I've said in other posts, I am am very happy with this set up. Again, I don't do severe crawling, trails only pretty much but it rides great. I like this stance with 37's, I was able to see it before I pulled the trigger and, imho, it's the way to go.Dude, Looks awesome! I'm getting ready to jump into a setup very similar to yours. are you supposed to leave those tags around the shocks? I peeled mined off after my liftMy JLUR with 2” MOPAR lift, 35” Nitto Trail Grapplers and ICON Rebound wheels.
