I just bought a 2019 JL Rubicon, driving myself crazy trying to figure out what to do. I like your setup, but am curious almost a year later if you have had any issues with rub without a lift? How do you like the tires, noticable difference in ride from the stock? Thanks!Just had 17x9 Fuel Hostage wheels and 35/12.50R17 BFG KO2 AT tires put on the Granite Eagle! Very happy with this setup!
What wheels are those ?Hello from St. Louis. The before and after, 2 1/2” lift with 37” nittos. Sorry about the bad after picture that’s all I have now.
How does this drive compared to the stock setup?Mopar lift, 37 12.5 17 Toyo Open country M/T, 2" spacers to fit factory rubicon wheels.

I cant recommend the Clayton kit enough. The Overland Plus kit uses their new Giiro joints, basically a high mis-allignment rubber bushing if you aren't familiar. I always roll my eyes when people claim a vehicle rides the same as stock with a lift, but I find myself having a hard time not making that claim myself now. Plus all of their parts are top notch and they put a lot of attention to detail in. The only thing to be aware of is it probably nets a little more than 2.5" of lift, but not a big deal. I didn't measure it versus stock so I cant be sure how much, but if you measure yours stock I'd be happy to measure against it on mine.I'm considering Clayton as well. What made you chose the Icon shocks over the other choices?

Would you happen to know the height? I want to make sure I will fit in the garage, when my stuff comes in.Alright, here ya go. '18 Rubicon, MetalCloak Game Changer 3.5" system, Cooper STT Pro 37x12.50R17, my old JK Rubicon wheels powder coated matte black (which are now rock rashed to hell--as they should be), bumpers of my own making (not painted yet), and Artec steel belly pans.
Photos are from 4th of July weekend when we hit the Rubicon Trail and Barrett Lake Trail. Two great trails in 3 days. The JLU handled the trails 27 times better than our old 2013 Rubicon 2 door. I'll never look back. We also went up to the Downieville/Sierra City area and went up to Sierra Buttes and then dropped down to the Sardine Lakes in the Gold Lake region last weekend. We're loving the JLU! We'll go up to Slick Rock Trail at the end of August and then Tackle Dusy Ershim Trail at the end of September. Then the 1 tons go in in the fall.
I'm working on rock sliders now. One side is tack welded up, I'll shoot some video of assembling the other.
Damn that looks fantastic! Well done sir! The Mojito color match beadlock is clutch. One of the beast Mojitos rigs I’ve seen. Really like the look of the Toyo’s.2" Mopar lift, Mopar beadlocks paint matched, 37x12.50x17 Toyo MT's.
Thank you, much appreciated. I had this build laid out in August before I even placed my jeep order... ordered 11/6 and waited 10wks for delivery. As soon as it was delivered I placed all my part orders to get me started with the bulk of my buildDamn that looks fantastic! Well done sir! The Mojito color match beadlock is clutch.
