Oh, and per the original post - 35's (315/70/17 C ply KO2s) 17x9 ProComp 7069 -6 with a 2" MOPAR

Straight on as it sits today / side shot, prior to grill insert / bezel swap

Hey Marc! She is definitely a beauty!! Def love the look of the grill with those black inserts, thinking of doing the same too as i’m really not a big fan of the silver/grey....

Its good to see how much of a difference/clearance the 2inch lift makes on a Sahara with 35’s. I’m hoping i can get away with installing my tires without the lift for now, and get the lift once i have enough saved up.

Thanks for sharing!!

Thanks~ I shared my experience on swapping out these inserts. Its actually a relatively easy and inexpensive change to make. Wish I hadn't waited so long to make this change!!

Just put KO2s on my JLU Sahara today. They are 315 70 17s, which officially list at 34.4". I think the KO2 35 12.5 17 lists at 34.6" or something close. So not exact, but very close...If you want more pics (like from the front, back, etc.) let me know.

Looks great. No lift right? I have a Sahara and looking to add a Rubicon suspension. I don’t want to put on a lift if I don’t have to.

Thanks for the share Alan and congrats! Looks amazing man, def jealous as i still have not been able to install mine. Still saving up for the wheels :(

But would def welcome additional pics, would love to see the front and back and see how the tires look!

Any spacing issue with the front bumper during turns?

No rubbing issues so far. I do have after market wheels with -6mm offset...

A couple of things:
1. The spare tire does rub a little bit. Im researching what I should do... bracket relocation vs hinge reinforcement.
2. The tire sticks out a solid 3+ inches outside the fender well.
3. My wheels are 17 X 8.5 Fuel Anza's with -6mm offset
4. Tires are BFG KO2s 315 70 17s C-Ply (~34.4") and they measure right at 34"

Hey Alan! Love the pictures man thanks for sharing! Having your tires stick out those 3” gives a really nice aggressive and beefy look, love the wheels too. The wheels i’m looking at getting are the Warlord by Black Rhino with an offset of -12, will see how that looks with -12! Lol

As for the tires rubbing on the OEM bumper, one of the things i was looking at getting is the Smittybilt spare tire relocation bracket, theres also the Mopar oversize tire carrier mounting bracket i just donβ€˜t know if it also raises the tire from the bumper like the Smittybilt...

Are you looking at getting the Tailgate reinforcement system? All the reviews i’ve read/watched strongly recommends getting that once you go 35 and higher...

Happy to see that there is enough spacing between the front tire and bumper so no need to get a lift straight away!
