Thanks! I have the Rubi control arms but did not install them They are not needed. The Rubi and Sport arms are the same. BTW, I had a 3/4" "leveling kit" that I decided not to install. It's not needed on the JL.
Who makes a leveling kit? Yea I’m waiting for a Rubicon Suspension and Rock Rails to show up on Craigslist.

Yea I’m going with a Rubi Suspension. Are the bump stops the same?
Actually I doubt it, but they do not need to be changed. Maybe someone else can expand on my reply but on the Rubicon the sway bar disconnect allows more articulation and probably (I'm guessing) has different bump stops. On the Sport the stock bump stops are fine.

We changed the springs, shocks and lower control arms. The sway links looked to be the same so we didn’t change them and I saved them for spare parts. I don’t think the lower control arms were any different either but we changed just in case.

Over all I like the increase in height for the 33” tires we put on, but I think the stock rubicon shocks kind of suck. I think the sport shocks had better control than the rubicon shocks but maybe it’s just me. Eventually I’ll probably look to change out the shocks for something better but will probably keep the springs and tire size the same.

I know I’m gonna get flamed for the look I went but I decided to go with 24x11 fuel assault wheels on Amp Mud Terrain tires. My tires are 35x13.50x24. I have no lift but I do plan to get the Mopar lift once they correct the bowing problem. Their is no rubbing inside the wheel well or against the bumper. The offset on my wheel is a -24.

Mall crawler complete! Sport S, XD Heist 20x10 (-24 offset) and Toyo AT2 33x12.5x20. No rubbing at full turn. This thread specifically helped me a ton with my decision to pull the trigger. Thanks everyone!

Did the rear camera fit okay with the spare and -24 offset?

The rear camera and cover fit perfectly, no issues at all.

The Parking Assist sensors on the other hand I just had to turn off. I know plenty of others have had the issue with them constantly beeping, so waiting for a fix or workaround.

Thanks. Wheels are black rhino sidewinder 20x9. Tires are toyo open country r/t, 33 12.5 r20. Not certain of the offset, but I believe it’s -12
I like those rims, been looking at the black rhino Warlords as well. Someone posted in this thread has those on a granite sahara like mine. Like them both, but I am considering them in 17" so I can get up to the GA mountains and air down a bit.

Good looking ride though!

Do you ever take it offroad, as in mountainous off roading? Just curious. I really like the look of 20s but want the off roading capability of 17s with larger sidewalls.

way to new for heavy off road so far

I have found some Mud and hills locally and it trudged through like a boss

heavy off road is best with 17's or 18's for sure - I agree
