I would assume a sport could buy same KOs Rubicon has and mount them on the stock wheel, no fuss no muss. The sport and Rubicon wheel are same width, not sure if offset is same.
However, Rubicons have raised fenders.

ya, and they "fit" 35s with the higher flairs (with some rubbing with full off road wheel travel).

Would be interesting to see one and how much wheel travel it has. Worst case you can order the high fenders from Mopar. But it is adding up quickly to the point where getting hte Rubicon and all the frills is a better buy.

Hey guys,
Jeep virgin waiting for his JLUS here, please spare me with my stupid tires questions :)
I want to upgrade my standard A/T tires to some KO2s as they’re legal for winter here in Quebec. Going exactly the same as stock would mean getting 255/70/18, but I was wondering if getting 275/70/18 (as in running 33s on a Sahara) would be ok ? Would any mod be necessary to do so ?
Any rubbing to be expected ? Would they even fit ? Does it make any sense ? Lol
Thanks guys :jk:

I am also considering 33's on my Sport S. However, I do have a 2.5" boost on the way. Anyone do this/plan to do this yet? Pictures if you have! I would love to see the look.

I’m running 33s on my Sahara with no issues. 275/70s is just a bit taller than my 33s, so you should be fine. Check out the link below, you can enter tire sizes to see how they compare
