Will a Sahara with the Teraflex 1.5" leveling kit be able to run (35s) 315X70X17?

Currently running (33s) 285X70X17.

If that leveling kit didn't raise the rear at all, you'll have contact with the rear wheel wells during articulation. The front might clear with 1.5" but it will be close. You may get some contact up front depending on the circumstances.

FWIW, I'm running 34" tires (11" wide instead of 12.5" wide) with a 2" lift. They're close with the suspension flexed, but no contact anywhere. With a bigger tire and/or less lift I suspect there's going to be at least a little rubbing in some situations.

Are you on stock 18” wheels (44mm offset) or aftermarkets?

Raised is 1.5” in the rear and 2” in the front.

I have a 2019 Sport. i went with KO2 33's with no liftand my mileage dropped from about 23 mpg with stock to around 18. I change them out and put stock back on during the spring summer and fall.

I put 295/70-18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on mine. That translates to a 34x11.50. Saves a little of the gas mileage. A Tazer JL is a must have for the shift points, still get 17.8mpg at 80mph. Wheels are 18x9 -12 and I do have the Mopar 2” lift So I’m not sure if they would rub.
