I just checked the video out and definitely European model Jeeps, rear bumper ridges in stepwell and reflectors way out on the bumper too. 392 looks like it has a satin wrap on it? The only larger blue overseas plate I could find that might match is a China plate it’s wider and not as long as others. Someone out there has to know
or did I just miss it written somewhere as usual?

They are Chinese plates. It's too blury to see where though. No way you are on the road in Europe with a stinger bumper.

Good find on figuring out where the license plate is from.
Dash cams are super common in China so this all makes sense.

Interesting case so I did some research on Chinese social media, not a lot of information but I did find the original post on Chinese TikTok aka 'Douyin'. It appears that the red Jeep driver claiming his Jeep gas pedal was jammed open for some reasons on top of the hill. No other information available though.

Not a Rhino Rack, the mounts on the roof are wrong to be a RR pioneer platform. It might just be a raingutter mount with a platform, unsure... but whatever it is the rack is stronger than the mounting to the roof.

I've only seen "stingers" in photos on this forum. I'm surprised they're legal here, at least in some jurisdictions.

Dash cams are super common in China so this all makes sense.

Once I looked at the rear bumper I knew it was a non US version. Also the front fog lights are more away from the center I spent some time in Poland last year and there were only a handful of Jeep Wranglers all diesel that I had seen around. Interesting thing is that they all had the mirror housing turn signal indicator on them. Here I believe they were only available on the 4 door High Altitude

Probably a knockoff. Still, if I put a rack on the '21, it's gonna be another Gobi. I've seen them survive endos and help protect the Jeep.
