When did you place your order? I placed mine on July 12th for a sarge green JLUR.
05/07 for a 392 then I added the XR package the day after Jeep teased it on social media. I got CC'd on emails with Stellantis so I am hopeful. But not too hopeful. Maybe I get it late August to early September.

I had ordered a 392 Rubicon back in February and took delivery of it on June 5th and I no sooner find out about the Recon Rubicon package along with Gorilla glass. I love it except for the soon to be fixed steering issue. BUT I do wish it did have the 4:56 gearing in it, so to convert both axles to 4:56 gearing here in NJ it is going to be close to $3k to have it done. I can get mt money back on mine if I trade it in, but the ordering books are supposed to open 10/5/21 for the 2022 392 Recon Rubicon.
I am wondering what else will be different from a 2021 to a 2022 in a 392 Recon Rubicon package.
I have heard rumblings about Jeep offering Dana 60's in the future, but who knows if that will really happen
You mean, other than it being more expensive with a price hike? ;)

So when will BFG be making these tires? 315/70R17 C KO2’s have been on back order for months. I’m driving on bald tires.
There ere are 2 different part numbers for the 315/70/17 C KO2`s AND 1 for the E range
PN 08806 is the E Rating tire weight 64.68 lbs

PN 07361 is for the 315/70/17 C rating and this was the original tire developed with Ford for the Raptor pickup Tire weight 63.67 lbs

PN 08884 is also for a 315/70/17 C rating And from what BFG told me was that the verbiage is somewhat different between the two tires and this part number is specifically for the Jeep but I can not find out any more information on their site about it

PN 80088 Is for the 37x12.20x17 C range and this tire is what the new Ford Raptor will have when you order the lift package?.

Surprisingly the 37" weighs only 64.84 lbs which is very light for a 37" tire

The stock 265/70/17 from the factory on a Rubicon weighs in at 51.32 lbs

I had my 315/70/17 BFG KO2`s were put on at the dealer and he had no problem finding them
Tire Rack has them in stock

yeah, i hate to say it.. the Jeep fox shocks are junk, they leak in less than 2 years, mopar will not back them up (per dealer) and they fade after an hour of rock crawling... knowing what i know now i would not pay for the mopar lift.. over priced, non adjustable, non rebuildable, and does not perform over time..
The Recon Rubicon is supposed to come with updated Fox shocks to match the tire weight etc.
I don't know how long they will last or if there were any other changes made to them

That is so true, I wish I had the window sticker from my 2018 Rubicon V-6 non e torque automatic 4:10 gears
There was no price increase for choosing a color, and I had purchased it through Costco's car buying program, this is what I have from my invoice:
Destination $1195
Auto trans $1780
Leather $1331
Alpine/Subwoofer updated 8.4 screen $1331
LED headlights $797
Steel bumpers $1153
Cold weather pkg $797
Towing pkg $708
3 piece Black Hard Top $975
Painted flares $352

I had mine put on in early June, but I just spoke to Tire Rack and they have plenty in stock according to their salesman GUS 888-353-5082 X4062

If you want to contact BFG 1-877-788-8899 but right now they are closed for a company meeting according to their prompts that are on their phone number
This is from today,

Also in stock with black lettering or raised black lettering

Discount Tire can’t get them. I’ll try Tire Rack on Monday, thanks.

Make sure you guys drive the manual before you get one. It feels gutless to me, was not impressed
Asking dealers when the manual with 4.88 gears will be available. It‘s definitely gutless geared at 3.45 running 33s!

Much cheaper for me to trade in my poor man’s Rubi JLS for an XR than to build mine up to an XR. Will eventually upgrade the lift and run 37s.

My friends have a guide company in Colorado and I’m wheeling their client JLURs that are built up like an XR (Teraflex lift, Falcon 3.1 shocks, and 35s - pic below). I still prefer my two door and manual. More nimble and easier to control. Auto’s throttle is herky-jerky and tranny hangs in 4L. YMMV.

So happy they’re coming out with an XR. Makes me not regret buying a JLR two years ago. 2 door Nacho XR is calling my name!

Take with a grain of salt, but my dealer said they’re not taking non-392 XR orders until November and 2 doors are at the end.
