There are a couple other folks on here running 37s who would kill for those mpgs lol...I suspect their lead feet yield much of the discrepancy.
Currently getting 15.5 mpg on 37s.

I have a little over 600 miles on my Willy Sport. I took a 320 mile round trip drive to east Texas for Dallas. Speed between 70-75. Top down. 22mpg. Next trip was about 200 round trip to Oklahoma. Top up I averaged about 25 mpg. The computer seems to be about 1-2 mpg optimistic than hand calculated. Still way better than my old 2014 3.6 on 35’s

I added 35’s at about the 200 mile mark so I never really got an actual baseline for my MPGs. My last tank was 21.8 mpgs with 80% highway. Even with 35’s that seems low especially all the highway driving. I only got 337 miles on my full tank too. Not even close to 500 miles
Compared to the 3.6 and 35s might not seem so bad. Can’t add unsprung weight and expect no decline plus more importantly, hows it feel when you accelerate? That should be a major improvement over the 3.6 or turbo 4 even with the 3:73.

Did you calibrate for the new tire size and confirm it took affect?

I average 17.5 on 37 Coopers and KMC 235 beadlocks. 20% highway rest backroads. I am happy with that. Less than 1,000 miles. No regeneration so far.
pretty much the same tires and wheels I'm running. 80% highway, 20 city. I'll be re gearing and on 40s in two weeks, it's only going to get worse lol. I was getting 22 stock. No regens for me either.

I was getting 9 on a supercharged raptor with 37s. So still better than that.

I have 1500 miles. 37" BFG KM3s with 2.5" lift. Last tank I got 22.0mpg with about even mix of interstate, highway, and city roads.

That’s fn heroic for any vehicle on 37s. As a matter of fact it may well be the best tank any vehicle has ever posted on 37s.

I expected change. but with estimated mpg's at 22-29 25 avg I thought I would see much closer to that 25 number especially so far I've been 80%+ all highway. Acceleration feels great doesn't feel like I have added any weight what so ever. From driving mostly sport cars most of my lift I will say This jeep is truly a joy to drive. Its not carving out corners and its not a racer but damn if this doesn't put a smile on my face everytime I get behind the wheel even if I am just backing it out of the driveway.
