Not sure what you mean.
They will go to release the vehicle to sell to the public, and they will find a last minute problem, and order a 'stop ship' . So we will wait months while they spend time deciding how to fix it..

In the past week, I have seen discussions from two different posts in the General Forum on the EcoDiesel in 2020 come up with their sources conflicting. One source says it will be available on the JLUR and the other makes no mention of the EcoDiesel at all.

I'm a bit confused.

Vaporware until proven otherwise.
My vote is neither the diesel or the PHEV sees the 2020 model year.

The strength of a man’s convictions can only be quantified by the wager he’s willing to back them with...given FCAs consistency in quoted release timeframe over the last year, in addition to the EPA clearly having test applications for the 1500 and JLU 3.0s already in hand, in a regulatory environment willing to certify new diesels (Silverado), I do wonder what you’d be willing to bet on this non-2020 availability prediction.

FCA has already manufactured many 3.0s. Your question is best directed at the EPA, which holds the keys to FCA’s release timeframe.
