Looks good! Those are the stock Willys wheels, right? Do you have any issues with rubbing or getting into 8th gear? I'm also considering 285/75/17 (along with standard 285/70/17) to replace my stock Destination M/Ts. I have a Rubi take off suspension/fenders already.
What rubicon spring sizes are you running?

I actually just had the Mopar lift Installed, and getting wheels 20x10 -18 offset, and tires 325/60/20 installed today. If you’d like I could add some photos here. This Mopar lift ride like a dream. Makes my 285/75/17 look tiny!

I have 61/62 and 91/92 with a .5" spacer on the front
I got 60/61 and 91/92, but have a tow hitch w/bike rack installed. This naturally pulls the rear down to sit close to level. I'm thinkin about upgrading to 285/75/17 from 285/70/17 plus add coil spacer. I'm unsure if I want to install .5" rear and .75' front. Probably put the tires on and assess what coil spacer sizes are needed at that time.

Ah that makes sense with the bike rack, I have a hitch bike rack for occasional use but don't keep it on full time. I started from 57/58 and 87/88 so it was a symmetrical move up for me. I also have aluminum front bumper and lighter steel on the back so I don't think that's changed how it sits much. Maybe one day a winch on the front.

Agree, sounds like it's worth waiting until you figure out the tires first and take some more measurements

Most recent pic I have after the take-off fender install.

So stock 32" m/t rubber with a ruby suspension plus flares in this picture?

I’ve got enough wheel well space to go to 285/75/17 as is, but I like the current look below. The Ruby suspension made a considerable difference. Only increasing 1” on tire size is about .5” into the wheel well gap, so it might not be even worth installing spacers. I would also put Mopar lca’s on.

Ah cool I see what you're saying. You might wanna consider the take off fenders instead of small spacers... Besides gaining space in the wheel well, you'll gain DRLs too. I did the Mopar extended LCAs when I did the suspension swap, so I don't have a true before and after, but it drives great and I'm happy I did it.

you got part numbers for those fender flares, assuming front/rear?

No I don't think so as I've already installed them. They are the Mopar High-top rubi fender flares, I bought them off somebody on FB marketplace. It's pretty easy to tell Sahara/Rubi fenders apart from Sport fenders by the headlight shape....not sure there's a good way to tell apart Sahara/Rubi just from the fender other than asking

I also did the same thing. Easiest way for me to differentiate between Sahara and sport is the DRL, where Sahara will have two separate lights, turning and DRL
