i know that this has come up for the 285/70/17 nittos, but with the almost extra inch in height on the 285/75 on stock sport s bumper, will i require a spare relocation bracket?

looking at nitto ridge grappler with C rating for daily use, concerned tail wont close!

I don't think you will. It's only 1/2" closer to the bumper I can't imagine it being an issue as there was at least an 1" on the 285/70/17 when I had those mounted.

thanks - worst case is i have to leave it off while i wait for a bracket to arrive, just don’t feel like ordering one and then returning it

I think that would be the best move as I would say it's a lot more likely you won't need one then you will.

Let us know how it goes. I think it is going to be a tight squeeze.

Yep. I have the Rubi tires on factory Sport S rims. I was just looking and the spare has a little gap. But not much!

right, and i’m gonna need another half inch - think there’s that much room? got a close up phot floating around where spare hits bumper line?

Did you end up needing a relocating bracket?

I put ridge Grapplers in that size on my sport and needed a bracket
Damn, well my set of ridge grapplers is going on tomorrow. I'll have them leave off the spare if it doesn't fit until I can get my relocation bracket.
