285/70/17 vs. 285/70/18 Ko2’s Size

Hi, this might be a stupid question, but I’m looking to upgrade my tires to the Ko2s. Would a 285/70/17 be the same width and height as a 285/70/18? I have a Sahara with 18” wheels and want it to fit my spare tire cover.

Same width, but 285/70/18 is 1 inch larger in diameter. See tiresize.com
