Fwiw: my 11/13/21 Sahara Altitude that was built 5/19/22 & sent to a holding yard 5/20/22 has not moved. My dealer has reached out to his regional rep 3x now & cannot get a delivery eta.

I had to inform him this week that if the vehicle does not arrive within the next 4 weeks, I will be purchasing something else because I have to have a vehicle by 7/20 at the very latest. Been down to 1 vehicle since January when they initially told me the Jeep was on its way & before I found out about Jeep Chat.

I'm not new to Jeep, have owned 5 Wranglers a couple Grand Cherokees, a Commander, & have a '23 Grand Cherokee L Summit High Altitude ordered. I wouldn't be surprised if the '23 GCL shows up before the Wrangler. Very disappointed.

I got some new data from @Ratbert that suggests that Jeep NEVER gets to 100% fulfillment of the VIN sequence number spacing. Scrap, Cancel, Mistake, Servlet Data Glitch? Order-rolled-over to following year? We don't know why. So I redid my analysis on the assumption that when they've built 95% of the VIN sequence numbers in a range - that's it, they're done.

Based on that, I now think October orders are built out. Anybody got an October order that isn't yet built? (even if not yet delivered!) November has a couple hundred orders hanging around, and they'll build those by end-of-June, even at the trickle-build rate.

Even using the new numbers, there's still nearly a thousand of us December orders drumming our fingertips, but the current progress rate should get those done by mid-July.

The larger trends of most-recent-orders being built at the fastest rate is still true. Jeep's cranking out the April orders fastest right now, followed by the March orders, and that will likely change in coming weeks to May and April orders.

With 95% build out, they'll finish the 2022MY comfortably on 8/8, allowing for a weeklong shutdown and still begin building 2023MY in mid-August.

If it helps, I can assure you this verbiage is cut and paste for almost all automakers now. I am on the Bronco forum and orders are taking years (yes- year+year). I looked into a 4Runner TRD Pro, 8 months out. Fact is, it’s a mess out there.

Hello brand new forum member and hopefully future 1st time Jeep owner. I don’t know how you all handle the wait! I have lurked for 10 weeks now waiting on my build, and I feel for all of you waiting since October, November and December…January….you get the picture. This is my baby I’m waiting on
Jeep Wrangler JL 22 wrangler order date, vin and actual deliveries. 4222AA4E-F397-44D3-823A-0E1EB4DC1EB6

These are the specs….dealer seems to think the extreme recon package is the hold up, but he says he has no proof and can’t track anything or reach out to a rep etc…

2022 Rubicon Unlimited with XR package
Hydro Blue Pearl paint,Black 3 piece hard top,Integrated off road camera, Body color rubicon high line flare, Gorilla glass windshield, Tan/saddle leather interior, All weather floor mats, Hardtop headliner, Remote start, Advanced safety, Cold weather, LED lighting, Safety group, Steel bumpers, Xtreme Recon 35 inch tire package, Trailer tow auxiliary switch package, 3.6L V-6 etorque engine.

I hope it comes soon, by the time it’s here I’m gonna have more spent in accessories than the Jeep itself!!

so I’m on the amtrak acela (first time on it, really cool doing 135mph on a train) with my 5 year old daughter, on our way to DC to pick up my 4xe rubi.

as we were boarding, a dude in full head to toe body armor gets on the train. Full on special forces movie character. Everything black. No visible guns, huge backpack. Even had a water pack with the hose that runs to his mouth. Brand new military boots, Boot laces weren’t tied, had a star of david patch on the sleeve, doubt he was police. Dude even had armor all the way down his legs, looked kinda like soccer shin guards.

So if you don’t hear from me again, adios!

Window view of Train doing 130mph if you care

Hello my Rubicon was built over two months ago (April 7th) and has been sitting in TBD for shipping for over 2 months. My Jeep dealer is a large dealer in Phoenix AZ (Bill Luke)

My question is once it is built is it completely built just waiting for shipping logistics or could it be waiting for parts i.e. chips? I see others here with June builds and shipped in June
