I checked the Mopar Owner's Dashboard today and they FINALLY updated the stock Jeep photo to a Tuscadero colored Jeep, it doesn't show all the options, but neither does my Mojito Rubi... At least it doesn't have the stock photo any more...

As of today, I've been "Waiting on Shipping" for 45+ days with no Dealer ETA even though I was previously given an Estimated Ship Date of 1/18/22.

We ordered a loaded 2-Door Tuscadero Rubi on 12/4. So far I've been give 2 Case #'s for escalation to find out why it hasn't shipped.

I'm 30 days in, so I decided to do my first check in. I got Geeta (haven't seen anyone post that name before). I know they are supposed to be live, but it's kind of suspect when a reply comes back the literal second you send something to them. I think it is half bot / half human. I think it makes bot responses to things like "Have a nice day".

I think they are real people, but they have an approved automated response that's cut for each specific issue. If it's a status inquiry for an order awaiting parts, copy and paste this. If it's a shipping inquiry, post that. I noticed in my chat this morning an extra space between what the agent was actually saying and what was probably an inserted copy and pasted response.

I like Cheryl the best, I think she actually listens to understand instead of just listening to respond...

I think you're right on that. In the previous page of this thread someone copied Randy's response and it was almost word for word identical to how he responded to me last week. An extra space in between the color and the "for your Rubicon..."

Randy: What a fantastic color choice of Granite for your Rubicon

I think it's a generic customer service center, they deal with all sorts of questions regarding all the FCA lines, probably just easier dropping in a few pre-written lines and then moving to the next chat session with someone wondering why the dashboard light doesn't come on with their Pacifica Minivan.

Well, if it's a Pacifica Minivan, it probably has all lights on on the dashboard, except the ones that should be on of course. LOL

I hope that’s the case, Winston Salem is a little over an hour away from the dealer I ordered from. I have to imagine a train is filling up soon given the number of us southeast owners have been waiting in KZS purgatory.
Jeep Wave sent an email several weeks ago advising me to expect delivery this week. Jeep Chat just advised me they show an ETA as 03/09. We'll see.

OMG, i just called my dealer, and firstly, the sales who sold me the jeep left the dealer.. That's why i got no updates, until i called.

Then i was told it was built and released.
I asked for the code, and the dealer told me it's in
KZF..?
"KZ..F as in eff?" I asked..
"yes..."
"So, how much longer will it arrive?" I asked,
"well, don't wanna give you too much hope, but it usually means it is around the corner... about 1 month +.."

"Lovely..." I said.

So my question is: what is status "KZF"??

Some of the codes don't seem to show on the lists that keep getting shared. KZF or KZS aren't on the list for some reason.

Scheduled:
C = tentative schedule
D = firm schedule: serial number assigned, parts being gathered
D1 = gateline: unit sequenced for production, est ship date assigned

Build:
E = framing
F = paint
G = trim

Built:
I = unit built, pending final inspection
J = vehicle passed final inspection but not released to carrier
JB = shipped to body vendor
JE = shipped to emissions
JJ = consigned to body vendor
JS = shipped to storage
KZ = released by plant and invoiced

Traffic Codes:
KZ L = released but not shipped
KZ M = first rail departure
KZ N = first rail arrival
KZ O = delayed/received
KZ OA = plant hold, quality audit
KZ OB = zone, dealer, sales, vehicle prep, tax, diversion or derailment hold, dealer refusal, vehicle diverted
KZ OC = carrier delay, strike-bound, emission or safety hold, rail car shortage, bad or insufficient load, inclement weather, need shipping order, manifest error
