Checked with my dealer, still no VIN after 10 business days. Kind of pissed because when I ordered and the POC they gave, price of the transmission is different. Diesel trans on their POC shows 2,500 when the order guide is showing 1,500. The order screen he shows, shows the lower price ($1,000 cheaper) than the POC.

I didn't think I would have a POC with VON only, thought they had to have a VIN for a POC. Build priority - 1, Status - C.

Options: JLUR, Diesel, black hardtop, painted fenders, cold weather, led, tow, half doors only. Options I had to take headliner, trail kit. Both of these are a waste, but the dealer already said he would lower the price by these items.

Ask Jeep chat providing the VON. VIN should be available a couple of days after order is placed, if not immediately.

We ordered a Sport Altitude on 12/4. Have not gotten any further info yet. No VIN or VON (Not sure what that is).
Question... I ordered mine with the 3.6 eTorque, but the build and price on Jeep's website is saying a Sport Altitude will not be available with that engine. Anyone have thoughts on this? I've never ordered a vehicle before, so I have no clue what the process is when things change like that.

Sounds like you need to call your dealer

The order may not have been accepted because of that. Dealer should have known that. I agree call dealer. Should have vehicle order number (von) as soon as order is accepted.
