'21 JL, mounting lights on stock bumper

Hi, I want to mount a set of 6" Piaa 520 ions up front. I want to mount them on the top of the stock plastic front bumper, in the middle.
Can 6" lights be securely mounted on the stock bumper? Or should I wait to get a real bumper?

Funny, the relevant threads listed under my post have great info, found what I need. I think the mopar brackets would do the trick.
