2024 Sky One Touch Gap

I have a JL and just turned 20K miles. The Sky One Touch is showing visible light on the highway and much noisier than when I pull down on it. One guy posted about putting another hole in the fabric that holds it but prefer to let the dealership fix it. Question is…anyone have a dealer actually address the issue? I can’t be alone…I hope.

I check with the dealership and they told me to replace the worn out cables, but I have the same space like you’re showing in the picture. I have an appointment in one week to let this guy who does convertible tops put a hole in that thick ribbon and move the hook up to tighten it in conyers ga
