2024 FRONT GRILL SWAP

I have a 2024 Hydro Blue Sahara.
The grill has bright silver accents and headlight surrounds with the Hydro Blue background.
I'd prefer the all dark (not blackout) accents of a stock Rubicon Hydro Blue grill.
Looking to remove/paint/replace just silver portions of the grille (plastic) ...
Has anyone who has done it have any tips/advice?

I have a 2024 Grill that I’ll be painting to match mine. It’s also from Sahara and going onto a Rubicon.
The silver inserts are paintable. According to the dealership they come as primered, ready to paint.

Let us know how it goes and how much dismantling you end up doing.
I'm wondering if the plastic inserts can be removed and reinstalled without breaking fragile tabs.
My local dealer quoted more than $300 just for the inner insert, and then it must still be painted. So I'll be watching for your removal method and paint results if you wouldn't mind posting that when you do it. Wondering what color to choose for the new install also.
