Oooh ... I wonder if this is why mine is still waiting to be built. If I hadn't already been "spoiled" with a remote start system, and very much enjoy driving with the windows down and seat warmer on, I may have even been willing to skip having it and ordered when the package wasn't even available. But, this is a MAJOR purchase in my life, so I decided I should order it with what I wanted/could afford. (After market remote start = fairly easy, plus maybe new fobs(?). But after market heated seats seem like a PAIN.)

There was a dip in February, but it looks like they're back on track.

I need to place an order and my dealer will not let me get in front of the computer with him. First time since ordering my first ordered car in '77 that a dealer did not sit me down next at the computer or desk and we are both looking at options for my model choice.

My order I placed with this dealer came in with options I did NOT have on my build sheet and had deleted options I had on my build sheet.

My salesperson advised me some of the options are packaged differently for the 2024 MY. I wonder if you requested something that is now in a package with something you didn’t request.

I have not placed the order YET, He wanted me to order off the 2023 build sheet and I said no. Ordering cars since 1977 and I know better than to do that...

I may not, it's just that they are close and the next closest and I tired to order my 2023 from that dealer and they NEVER returned my calls, nothing. Then I went in met with them and said this is what I want and want to order. The Sales Mgr ok we will call you, never heard from them again.

You should find another dealer. Don't reward them for bad customer service. My .02.
