interesting: I'm 5'11" (used to was 6', but got old) and with a 2.5" lift & 35's, I am able to step right into my rubi with no issues: perhaps you just have height-disadvantaged legs?
Riiiiiight...

As a clarification, the factory can have 35” tires on the Rubi without sticking out beyond the fenders. They would just have to have the stock backspacing (6.125”) and 35x11.5 tires. The configuration in the spy photo has wheels with 4.4” BS and 35x12.5” tires.

Also, very interested in the Raptor 37” K02s as C rating should save me some weight over my current 37” D rated K02s.

they already make a 315/70R17/C; that's pretty dang close.

But the width. If they use the 8” (?) bead lock wheels, Jeep may not want to use it. I’m thinking a tire in the 11.5” area that is C load. That would be great.

This whole thing is funny to me because they keep saying bullet silver is discontinued.
It’s probably a vehicle for R&D they had sitting around for whatever reason and they threw on the new prototype kit. There is no production yet.
Heck, I’m sure the photos come from Jeep to get exposure on sites like this.

I know, I kinda figured that.... it just gives me unneeded hope that they will keep the silver around haha.

It appears that Jeep is trying to capture some of the economics from the aftermarket mod industry. I would not be surprised to see leaked photos of a Sahara tester with 20-in spinners soon.
Like Ford is with the Bronco. There is all kinds of factory mods for the Bronco.

Exactly 11.50s would work. Check out Ben’s 392. Doesn’t look like poking to me :like:

For me , I really don’t care about the tires/ rims, as I enjoy modifying my rig as much as I enjoy using it....... I would however, like to see them come with the tazer mini from the factory. Joe and FCA need to work out a deal....😁
That’s funny. Also, if they came with 35s there would just be an increase in 1” puck/spacer lift sales :). They should be announcing they are putting longer LCAs on the Rubi from factory.

All these car companies do is copy each other. In this case I think it would be a popular option.

https://moparinsiders.com/caught-2022-jeep-wrangler-unlimited-rubicon-with-bigger-tire-offering/

Jeep Wrangler JL 2022 Rubicons will come with optional 35s, beadlocks, upgraded tire carrier 1622179319517

For 2022, the Jeep brand will offer a new 35-inch tire option for the Wrangler. The addition of a 35-inch tire on the Trail-Rated Rubicon model should be a happy surprise to many. Our keen-eyed spy photographers were able to catch the new 35-inch tire and wheel combination, on one particular tester out on public roads around the Metro Detroit area. The tire appears to be a BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2, just like the standard Rubicon 33-inch offering.

It appears that this tester is also wearing a set of Mopar 17-inch Beadlock capable wheels as well. Mimicking Ford’s Sasquatch package as it also comes with a similar Beadlock wheel. So we wouldn’t be too surprised if the Jeep offering includes the Mopar wheels in the new package. The new Rubicon 392 comes with its own unique Beadlock wheels, but these Mopar units might be a more affordable alternative.

Looking at the back of the Wrangler, we can also see an upgraded tire carrier hinge to help support the weight of the larger spare tire.

Thank you Ford Bronco! And the benefits of a competitor start rolling in!

That is one sweet looking Jeep and I have never been a fan of billet silver.
I am pretty sure that is stingray not billet silver.

edit, I maybe wrong and it could be just the picture's lighting.
