That's crazy because I ordered 10/23 order put in 10/25 and I'm 10622Ordered 10/22 VIN 11069
The number I've heard is ~600/dayIs 12/6 still the start date for 2022 production?
Do we know how many per day they typically build?
2022 orders didn't open until 10/8.I'm pretty sure you couldn't order a MY22 until 10/5, so that seems odd. Regardless, I don't think the VIN is the only factor towards production order. If it was a roll over from 2021, then I'd guess that could explain why that number isn't in sequence with everyone else.
If I had to guess, all the matters is how many Jeeps with your exact trim level/options are in front of you (based on VIN). For instance, I'm pretty sure they're prioritizing 4xe's and JLUs, so a 4xe sahara with VIN 600 will probably get built before a 2 door rubicon with VIN 599.
Documentation I have seen says 12/16Is 12/6 still the start date for 2022 production
Wow incredible.The number I've heard is ~600/day
The dimwits at Jeep only let you build 2021 Jeeps on the website, that you cannot order. But you can go order a 2022, and educate most people at the dealership as they were given a few pages to read 20 minutes before orders opened on 10/8. I'm eagerly awaiting my JLUR-XR but still don't understand why Jeep refuses to communicate and share information with thousands of potential customers. The order guide on jeeps website is just for reference. It doesn't actually order the vehicle.
I'm choosing to believe whichever source says I'll get my jeep sooner.Documentation I have seen says 12/16

There's this. Not sure of its accuracyThe number I've heard is ~600/day
I ordered a JLU Rubicon on 10/22 and my VIN ends with 09294. I checked with Jeep chat today and they said mine is in the scheduling stage too. Every time before they’ve said I was in the gathering parts stage. Hopefully that means it’s at least one step closer to being built. I can’t wait to start hearing about everyone’s 2022 showing some progress. This is the first vehicle I’ve ever ordered and the wait is horrible. At least I’m not alone! My husband's JLU Rubicon well optioned was submitted on 10/23 and the last 5 is 09684. We haven't asked the dealer for an update yet, and jeep chat on Saturday said parts were being gathered and then would be set for scheduling.
Your info is very outdated and definitely incorrect. It says they could take orders in June but they didn’t start until October.Documentation I have seen says 12/16
