I’m building up the under armor for my XR. Did LCA skids first, next I’m doing diff skids and covers and finally I’m going to do a full belly pan and exhaust skid. The 392 has an exhaust cross member that hangs low and has minimal protection. I’ve already hit the exhaust cross member bracket, a rear control arm bracket at light scuffs across the muffler. My brother has a 3.6 XR and his undercarriage looks less risky than the 392’s.

I’d get oil/trans skid first. Doesn’t matter if you scrape a control arm as much as it does if you do your oil pan. Then I’d do diffs and LCA.

Next up….Fishbone sliders. Unfortunately the box was a bit beat up and there are some scratches…but I plan to do much worse to them 🤷🏻‍♀️

Looking good…….. can you tell if that extra flare on the fenders is easily removed or not….. Just curious

I do t think it would be all that difficult. This is a shot of the front.

I did the artec belly pan in aluminum on mine. If I'd known next ventures had the uhmw coated one I'd have maybe gone that way. Either piece is super nice. My goal with the XR is to armor it up and have fun with it. The Nextventure and artec pans both get rid of the stock gas tank skid and increase ground clearance. Downside is the pricetag.

Installed the Beamtech LED headlight bulbs. Did not need to remove the winch to get the grill off. For reference, I have a RR Arcus front bumper and Quadratec winch.

Passenger light is the Beamtech and the Driver’s side is the OEM halogen.

I was wondering if Jeep had simply added the extender or engineered a whole new trim piece? Looks like remove the plastic rivets and they come right off.

Jazzicon, Your jeep is looking great! Are those plastic rivets only holding on the extensions. If that is all they do, they will be removed immediately. I don't like the way they look. Sort of like an after thought. I pick up mine Thursday. Had the dealer install an Evo 3.5" lift and will put 37s on her as soon as I get her home.
