So I planning to order a 2021 Rubicon but I was too late and had to order a 2022. I'm currently on Jeep's website messing with the build I ordered. I made the build the way I wanted it on a 2021 but it came out cheaper. I know the premium audio and keyless entry are now standard but is there any reason behind that or why the same build on a 2022 costs less than the 2021?

There are things that are more expensive in a '22. Gorilla glass went from $95 to $195 for example. Overall I bet the price isn't much different.

In the case of my 2021 Rubicon, the price is up from the original price I paid (my sticker, Oct 2020 for a 2021 model), but the 2021 went up in cost through 2021 where I've marked below in red blocks. Now for 2022, it's down in cost over-all vs where the 2021 was increased through the year, but up in some areas. However, I believe the website builder has been known to have issues, so I wouldn't fully trust it.

This is a much better and more accurate build tool...

Thank you!
The build it tool on the jeep website is usually the last thing to be updated and is often times inaccurate. The one I linked from the build and pricing subforum is updated monthly by a forum member that cares far more than whoever is running the Jeep site. This one also shows invoice pricing and can adjust to reflect a specific dealers offered discount.

Anyone have a very recent build sheet on them, like December recent? Tried letting a local dealer make a fair offer but it looks like they've inflated some of the FWP (invoice) numbers.
