Picked up my JLUR diesel a couple weeks ago. This is my first Jeep, and I've previously had F-150s with the last being a Raptor. The Raptor is pretty cool, but when it comes down to the type of off roading in Colorado I want to do, it's simply too big (not to mention very big around the city).

I don't want to go crazy with it just yet, as I think it can get me most places I want to go as is. That being said, I do like to customize my vehicles! :)

Current mods:

Gibson Leatherworks phone holder
(Old) dog hammock/cover for the boss
Method 702s with 315/70R17
GPCA Grips
MetalCloak Tire Carrier
Hotheads headliners
ARB twin compressor with M.O.R.E. mount
Steer Smarts sector shaft brace
Metalcloak 2.5" Gamechanger (Rocksport)
37x12.50R17 KM3s

First Mod: Gibson Leatherworks phone holder. This thing is amazing! Simple, and took all of 5min to install (rounding up). I find the interior storage in the Jeep to be limited, so this mod makes me happier than it should. Currently just running a cable to the center console along the drivers side, and it seems to work great.

Ok... So I just couldn't leave it alone! Found a great deal from a forum member.

Method 702s with 315/70R17 KM3s - Loving them so far!

With these, next on the list will be a tailgate reinforcement. Debating between Mopar and Metalcloak. Metalcloak looks nicer, but I'm not sure what I'll do with the chmsl yet

KM3s... Are they good on snowy roads? I bet, if you've looked into it, you already know the answer to this questions... They aren't. It's manageable, and almost spring time right :)

Also, I 100% knew they weren't before I put them on... It's kind of fun since I don't have to commute on them in the snow.

This counts as a mod right? 🤣 Sure looks better! And still functions just fine.

Congrats on the JLUR! Making me so envious you're out enjoying yours. My order hasn't been given a build date yet because I ordered a manual JLUR. Hoping I'll have it by July?

Dig the phone holder.

I've already put in an order for a customized version of the following having gotten used to wireless charging in my other vehicles: https://www.leatherseats.com/shop/i...ng-consoles/jl-wrangler-charging-console.html

Metalcloak tailgate reinforcement is ready to install soon, just need to find the time. I've been impressed with the milage so far even with the 315/70R17 KM3's

These are a bit difficult to get a good picture of, but i can't recommend the Hothead Headliners enough! I'd say they make a difference in sound, definitely in heat, and they look really nice as well. Install is pretty easy if you follow their directions.

I love how you matched the seats. I am currently in a raptor and looking at a picking up a diesel rubi but I have copd and need to go on a trail ride with one to see if my lungs can handle the exhaust. I also love the mileage your getting. Still snow on the ground at my house as well.

Window tint done to match the rear. I wouldn't do it if it was a daily driver, makes seeing at night a bit difficult. Strip across the windshield because... Well... That's what happens when you have a couple beers before 😜. I kind of like it.

5k miles and on windshield #2... Glad I switched to an insurance that has glass coverage!

That's as it sits with just throwing 315's on it? With different wheels obviously.
