2021 JLURD radio / computer problems

I would guess something in the CANBUS is sending out garbage or reset commands/something along that line that the radio is just more reactive to. Has the dealer tried anything with checking the data coming from other devices?

i would ASSUME they did this when they swapped the radio and backup cameras out, but again cannot confirm this

I started having this same problem after swapping to a new battery. I’ve seen threads that say wait a day or 2 and it will reset itself. But that didn’t work. My dealership doesn’t have an appointment for 2 weeks so I’m trying to hopefully solve the problem before that

Update on this, now on my 4th OEM radio - but that FINALLY seems to have done the trick and i got a "good" one.

Neither dealership has any clue on why one works where the others didn't...
