Congratulations!! I bought 2020 JLURD from Demondtron too.
If you haven't checked your fuse box under the hood. Half of my fuses needed setting properly.
Have 15k miles on mine and not one issue. Extremely happy with mine.
Thanks! Pushed all mine down when troubleshooting the window issue. Diesel is amazing!

Decided to swing by the scales on the way home. 1/2 tank of fuel so add another 100 lbs or so. With the soft top, still basically stock. Makes gross weight 5140.

Hello all! Starting the process with our new 2021 JLURD. Picked up from Demontrond on Conroe, TX on 9/29 and home hours later to Rockwall. I'll add my factory bills list later. Hard top off same day with first mod- topsy brackets. Soft top on, found out rear passenger window won't go down. Before getting in to the dealer to fix (bad window motor), installed driver and passenger bulletproof dash mounted, CMM brackets for mirrors, and husky for liners. In to the shop on Thursday 10/1, back morning of 10/3. GPCA grab handles on that day. Put the CoverKing Topliner on the freedom panels (all need to do the hard top). Sunday 10/4 brought tazer mini, ham antenna bracket install and wire routing, and kc hilites under hood lights. Used 2 of the trim clip holes to mount the lights (5/16 x 3/4 sheet metal hex screws btw!). Today added the 12v accessory harness being the ignition switched port to direct wire my radar detector. Yaesu ft-8900r next thing to go in, probably under the passenger seat. I'll come back and clean this up. Just wanted to get started with a log before I forget!

Bought my 2021 from Demontrond too. How do you like the Coverking Topliner. Thinking of Coverking vs Hotheads. Jeep is looking good!

Also interested in thoughts on Coverking Topliner. Was thinking of getting that for the full coverage. Did it darken up the interior too much?

Thank you for posting this! I have been wanting to do this for months. Now we need somebody with a 3.6 to post the same...we could then start to make informed decisions about spring rates and various suspension components.

Front 2700 lbs
Rear 2340 lbs

plus extra 100 lbs for full tank of fuel (probably)
plus extra 120 lbs extra for hardtop

So hardtop JLURD with a full fuel tank 5260 bone stock.

If we assume a 40 / 60 split Front / Rear of extra fuel and hardtop that would mean 2788 on the front and 2472 on the rear.

Again thank you, extremely helpful.

Mine will still be mostly stock when we pit the hard top back on next month. I'll fill up and reweigh!

Dunno yet. Been running the soft top and believe it'll be comparable

Thanks...that is heavier than I was expecting...I was guessing about 4900 - 5000 as driven, minus driver for mine (hardtop). Actuality is 200 - 300 lbs heavier.

You may want to check on the Coverking topliner now, it’s 25% ($100) off right now. If you use the promo code JEEPS20 you’ll get free shipping and additional $20 off. Just ordered mine.
