I have a GMRS radio mounted on the passenger side of my console (2021 JLUR).
I need to "stack" a CB radio on top of the GMRS (red rectangle), because Easter Jeep Safari 2022 standardized on CB (rather than GMRS).
I don't want to tamper with the GMRS setup, now that it's dialed in. I already have coax running to the back for the CB, so really just looking for a way to stack mount the radios.
I've been looking for a sort of extension to alow me to do this, but haven't found anything, likely because radios come in different sizes, and if both aren't the same width, it would probably be difficult if at all possible to create.
I'm thinking of going to Home Depot and geting some 1" wide aluminum, and bending/cutting/sanding my own brackets.
Before I try to make my own, anyone know if someone makes this sort of thing?
