Dropping the Jeep off tomorrow at Undercover Fab Works to have them to get started on the full roll cage and B-Pillar chop on the Jeep. I will continue to drop pictures of the install and process over the next few weeks. Plan to have it made to work with the factory hardtop and sound bar etc…. I also plan to keep the stock seats this time around.

the half door are at paint and should get them also back in the next few weeks to be mocked up with the B-Pillar chop to come.

I also got the rear diff skid in from Next Venture Motorsports and still waiting on the front and the skid plates with UHMW.

I did received the rear 2.5 King coilovers with adjustable valving and fins in finally this week, they have been on order since March 2nd. I am still waiting on the front coilovers and triple bypass shocks to ship from Rebel Off-road…. Maybe one day I will have it all here…. Lol

Now will have some time to ponder the long arm setup. I planned on the Teraflex one with basically bolt on brackets….

I also picked up some wall door hangers from seller on Etsy to store my doors on the wall with the new half doors I will swap too in the summer etc..

Unfortunately they don’t work! They look great and we’re different than most I seen on the internet and figured I would give them a try.. they just seem to be not made for the Jeep JL and they were not cheap at $240 for two of them. But, I figured I would support small business or individual for the sale and to have something custom. I even seen a review on them with JL doors on the wall looking perfect for what I needed.

hopefully I can return them or come up with a solution with the seller. Probably will just go with the Off-road Concepts ones for $100 for all fours doors and return these if possible.

Just sharing if somebody else sees them and thinks to give them a try.

I finally have another package coming from Rebel Off-Road this week…. I believe it might be the front Coilovers or Bypass Shocks…. Guess will see.

Approaching 7 months so far waiting on shocks and coilovers…. Wow.

The Jeep is still in the shop getting the roll cage done, b-pillar chop and the half doors painted. Was hoping to have some new pictures to share

Joe, where did you find those shocks? I have king shocks on my rig, but I did not know they made those shocks.

Nice, I heard kings are like 6-9 months to get now. Looks like your right at 6 months from that tag.

I’d look heavily at the Rock Krawler long arm kits…with as much $ as you’ve already invested I think you’d be much happier with a long arm kit from them as opposed to Teraflex or Evo.

Not yet, I dropped the half doors off Monday at the shop so they could make sure the B-Pillar chop was marked and done correctly.

I know they said they are having a hard time finding the materials, which is not surprising with everything else in this world turned upside down.

Talking about the Rock Krawler long arm kits?

I have definitely been looking at them and haven’t ruled it out.

Yep those. That’s personally what I’d lean to over the Teraflex kit or Evo kit. Seem to be at the top of the game as far as long arm kits goes.

I can't believe you got those half doors for $1500. Was the seller hit with a divorce or something? They're could have easily gotten double that.
It was an older couple that order a Jeep brand new from the local dealership and they checked every option not knowing what they really were ordering. So when their Jeep was delivered, they said they had no clue what the boxes were in the Jeep and unaware they got the half doors. They were just happy to sale them and recoup some money and had no use for them…. And I was happy to find them a new home.
