Yeah, I get 6-8 weeks too. Makes no sense to me. I'm happy that everyone is getting theirs sooner, but still...

I think my anxiety and over-anticipation will kick in after 4 weeks...lol

3/23: VON (from dealer)
3/25: VIN (from jeep chat)
3/30: Dealer said it'll be in the build process and should be done week of 4/6, but could take another week and will check back on 4/12

I've totally been tracking the VIN multiple times every single day anxiously awaiting the build sheet or window sticker to pop up

My JLUR did show up to Gupton Motors in Tennessee, 15 days after placing the order. Gonna try and get down there this Saturday to pick it up but may have to wait until next weekend because of family holiday weekend stuff.

For those who are getting their Jeeps in about 3-4 weeks, just to confirm, did the dealership give you the standard "6-8 weeks for delivery"?

Gupton never gave me a time, I just assumed 6-8 weeks.
I think some of the faster times like mine are cause they are loaded on a transport truck straight from the factory to the dealer, instead of rail to rail- then truck to the dealer. I worked for Cassens Transport for 11 years at the Chrysler plants in St Louis before they tore them down. I would watch trucks and minivans sitting in the rail yard for weeks waiting to be loaded on the train.

The dealerships I went to in and around Pittsburgh, PA, including where I bought, all said 6-8 weeks

Went with Carmax for my trade and got $2800 more than Criswell offered. Only a few miles from dealership.

So, based on the total out the door price, after the $2800 (add tax savings) the 2% financing discount (yer gonna prolly pay more in financing) the 1% FCA discount you should be able to get if you teach your local Jeep dealer about. I have to ask this question.
How much did you save at driving X miles at whatever time it took you to get there at your cost of your time and still have to deal with fast-talking Leon who would not/could not explain their prices to my wife and said, "I have a spreadsheet right here"?

Saved over 5k on the build

Local NJ dealerships wouldn’t budge at all on price. For me it’s very much worth the drive.

I don't know how long shipping takes....a couple weeks? I'll be waiting until 4/24 to pick it up regardless due to the tread lightly discount 30 day waiting period.

What dealer did you order from? I ordered mine from LKN on 3/22 and they say its not even started build yet. Got VON or 3/22 and Vin on 3/23.
