Window Sticker showing a $2,495 increase over the invoice from 11/1.

So are they not doing price protection at all? Mine was an 8/29 order that got bumped to '22 on 11/1.

my current dealer does do price protection and is on the ‘22 I’m buying — make sure your dealer does or will(I learned the hard way on one of the ‘21s I ordered). But, as I understand it, there is something the dealer has to enter in the system and the the invoice will show the increase, but it will also show it credited. I was also told there are some stipulations like it has to be a sold order and picked up within 14 days of delivery.

noticed the XR392 front seat cushion has an extra stitch line unlike the 392...

That's interesting.
Maybe a '22 thing?
Seems odd they would have different seat covers XR vs non.

When sitting, the leather stretches and causes a bubble in some (most?) 392 driver seats. There is a thread about it on the 392 forum. That may be the reason why that extra stitch line is now in the new 392s.

Gotcha, it's Tom over at Chapman and he's the owner, so I hope he doesn't go anywhere haha. Someone just replied in the Chapman thread that when the invoice comes through at delivery it should reflect the other price, so fingers crossed.

I would hope the owner would keep his word haha. I also see that Chapman is a very popular dealership on this forum so I would imagine they would want to keep their reputation. I am on the opposite side of the country. Best I got was MSRP at the time of order.

Same boat. Dealer is in IA. 1700 miles... Debating paying 2k for shipping or making it a road trip. I have the time and flexibility, but worried about dumping that many miles in break-in. Not sure if that should worry me or not, haven't taken a look closely enough at break in procedures yet.

I got an email from Jeep Wave today saying its estimated to arrive at my dealer by end of February. Anyone get these types of emails. Ordered Wrangler couple of years ago, never got those. Also my window sticker is not available as of yet. Not sure how accurate that email is.

Been hit or miss for me - I ordered two Jeeps last year; one I received emails on, the other I didn’t. Currently waiting on a ‘22 (in D1 with ship of 2/5) and haven’t received emails on that one, either.
