Mine went from D1 to D but ETA is still tomorrow the 28th. Chapman said since mine is scheduled, he doesn’t believe mine will shift to a ‘22 as others at his dealership did (obviously not 100% sure). Also that it’s somewhat common for the system to move back and forth from D1 to D, but that it is indeed frustrating. I ordered in July and was D1 10/28 last week.

I wonder how they track it. My 21 flipped to 22 today, did that knock one 392XR as “built?”

That’s a lot though

The whole gathering parts D stage vs D1 all parts are gathered doesn’t make sense to me if it’s truly possible to regress.

There’s more to it than that obviously and I wonder if gathered parts really just mean they’re going to show up in a certain amount of time to the factory — and if they don’t, that’s when the regression happens (logistic delays). Thus it might be possible to regress in D but still retain the production line schedule if they show up in time.

I swear the JC has to be semi automated, how can you get the same replies to the situation just different names once in a while?

Hi @Membrain , are you going to track the 2022 MY too?
... I am slowly coming around to finding that I might pickup on the MY22 392s after I return from my current travels.

If Rebel(or anyone else) is currently tracking those it would be an easy thing to pickup.

Starting from scratch is also not much of an issue if the MY22 VIN pool appears to have started at 100000, and being early in production there wouldn't be much difficulty catching up.

:)

We’ll see — I trust that they’ve seen it happen a fair bit and still end up seeing them built. I’m sure I’ll know soon enough. I mean it would suck to move to a ‘22 but not much I can do.

Not sure I’d take delivery if they looked like this. I’m fairly certain I’m going to sell the rims and just buy the ones I want.
I kinda wish they did come with the more vibrant bronze 🤷🏾‍♀️

So, if we had our order pushed to MY22... does that mean that it definitely won't start earlier than 12/5?
