hahaha, I have never even seen or heard one in person and the YouTube videos only go so far.
if the first dealer had actually placed my order in August when I gave them my deposit I might have had one this year. now who knows and 6 weeks of who knows already with another 6 before 22s may start production has significantly curbed my enthusiasm.

C8 orders are still an 8+ month wait. They’ll be launching the Z06 here soon and it will get worse.

true but maybe the first dealer won't flock me and the order from the second get kicked to the next year. it would take a lot to have a worse buying experience

Update from the factory floor: No 392's built today (fri 10/16). total wranglers down to 600 from 1000 a day. Axle shortage.

LMAO - this probably means those now on hold for axles will be pushed to MY22, receive VINs higher than those previously pushed to MY22, but will be finished first...

...any guess is as good as another.

I questioned this myself. Say we do get pushed to 2022, would we have a new order date or would we retain our 2021 date? This all assumes FCA follows when orders are pushed, which clearly isn’t the case.
