2021 Jeep Rubicon 392 first Vin and order, build and delivery tracking list

Hey it’s me again.
I thought I had asked this, but I don’t think I ever did. Jeep chat said my vehicle had been built and was waiting for optional equipment. My build sheet does NOT show the XR, could it show later, once this “optional” equipment is installed? Thank you all

You should have received a POC sheet when you submitted the order. If it’s not on the build sheet than it wasn’t added when it was ordered. But double check the POC to see.

Ok thanks. My current build sheet when I click the link does not have the XR. I was only told it was added over the phone. I took for granted it was added.

My dealership gave me the POC twice once for me to look over and once again after I confirm the order.

7/08/21 Contacted Jeep Order is passes Editing and is Schedule pending availability of production capacity. NO VIN ASSIGNED

7/08/21 Case Number assigned escalating to higher department to find more information.

7/22/21 VIN 812921 Assigned and Status Update: At this present time, all of the materials that are necessary to build your vehicle are being received and the build process should begin very soon.

8/26/21 Email Status Update: I show your order remains prioritized for production and at the present time all of the materials that are necessary to build your Jeep Wrangler 392 are being received and the build process should begin very soon. Estimated production plan timing for
either the week of August 16th or the week of August 23rd.

9/17/21 Email Status Update: Good News! At this present time, your vehicle is currently progressing through the build process. Depending on your unique vehicle configuration, extra time may be necessary for extra options, packages, or factory features selected with your build. Your vehicle should be concluding this process shortly and moving forward to the inspection and quality checks of the process.

9/18/21 Contacted Jeep Status Update: Vehicle is currently in Trim : Engine and Interior and should be entering Inspection soon.

9/20/21 Contacted Jeep Status Update: Thank you so much for holding. I am showing that your vehicle has been built and is pending installation of additional equipment. This is a necessary step when additional features or optional equipment packages are added to the vehicle. Currently no Dealer ETA has been provided. Please reach out to the Selling Dealer as they may have a more accurate date of arrival or status for you.

392XR (789434) - ordered 6/28. Since others heard good news today, I thought I’d try my luck with JC and Rebecca said, “it shows an ETA for shipment as being 10-7-2021.” I’m only in D1 and not in paint like Alleycat392 with the same ETA, so I’m hestitant to get my hopes up. I’ve regressed back to D twice before like others, but this is the first time I had an ETA. At a minimum, it looks like we might see some actual 392XRs soon!

Dealer confirmed estimated ship date of 10/7 for my 392XR order. He also said that he currently can not order any additional 392s in the system. I wonder if this is temporary or MY21 392 orders are closed?

392XR Original ship date was 9/17, now it's pushed out to 10/10. It is honestly getting to the point where I don't even want the damn thing anymore. The XR package was forced on me, if it was a true option, as in I could opt out, I'd have had my Jeep a really long time ago.

Saw a video of this 392 that a dealer got in. I noticed that the mirrors, door handles and tail lights were body color matched. I am assuming this is not from factory. I really like it and was wondering where you think they got it done? Looks like it was done at the dealer maybe?

10 months (302 days). The LAST first day order finally was delivered Saturday. I hope this tracking thread has helped all who have waited months for their 392 to arrive. Thanks for following my journey and stay tuned for updates. Aloha!
