Thank You Very Much!!!Congrats ! What a beautiful engine !
Thank You Thank YouLove love love the red, congrats man!
I was in JB for two weeks. That was a pain... but it will come. Good luck. How long are you guys seeing stuff sit in JB status? Mine has been there since this past weekend and I'm not sure what accessory it's waiting on. I'm getting less patient the closer it gets to being done.
Choice 2 FTW! Best status and has a VIN. You trust the dealer and you need to break in the Jeep anyways so why not make it a long drive? I drove 1.5 hours to go with a dealer I trust and has sold me 2 prior Jeeps. Trust goes a long way as you stress through the build process and want updates. My dealer was getting just as many grey hairs as I was waiting for my 392 to arrive since I ordered in Nov.Gents-
Question- I have a line on 3 392's basically identical, and similarly priced.
392 #1
IN 'BA' - Pending Order
Scheduling Priority- 1-Sold Order
392 #2
IN 'D' - Firm Schedule: Serial Number is Assigned
Scheduling Priority- 1-Sold Order
392 #1
IN 'BX' - Good Order availible for scheduling
Scheduling Priority- 4-Dealer Order
I have read nearly this whole thread and am trying to decide which one to put the deposit on. Ideally i'd like to get it as quick as possible- but am also weighing other factors-
Dealer #1 I dont trust actually has any allocations left but is local
Dealer #2 I do trust this dealer has an allocation but its a VERY long drive - maybe even flight to pick up
Dealer #3 I do belive this dealer has an allocation-
Last plot twist- I would still have to hope Dealers 2 and 3 can add Dual Doors to their orders, #1 is saying they can.
I would love everyones thoughts on this fun puzzle!!!!!
Just my thoughts. Having an allocation doesn't seem to be a factor. Many non allocated ordered are moving as good if not better than orders with allocations. I would also check the order dates for each order. If BA and BX have been in for awhile something may be wrong. Even recent orders are getting to at least D fairly quick. Good luck.Gents-

@CpT Papa The two orders that are furthest along (BX and D) were actually ordered in November...so maybe that is concerning?Just my thoughts. Having an allocation doesn't seem to be a factor. Many non allocated ordered are moving as good if not better than orders with allocations. I would also check the order dates for each order. Hear, hear! I placed an order in November 2020 on a dealer allocation - still waiting on it while watching countless orders in the past few months that clearly were not dealer allocations get fulfilled within about 2 months.Just my thoughts. Having an allocation doesn't seem to be a factor. Many non allocated ordered are moving as good if not better than orders with allocations. I would also check the order dates for each order.
