My original 761717 went D1 today, according to Jeep Chat.

"Thank you so much for holding. I am showing all of the materials needed to start the build process have been received. The vehicle should be entering the build process very soon."

Yeah, since I'm 8 hours ahead of CST in Saudi Arabia (until mid-July) the hours I check still leaves plenty of time for them to pop another one or two out, which would show up on the next day's list for me.

they are all very nice and cool guy until you paid your deposit. Then 5 weeks later when the vehicle shows up they sell it to anyone who has the most money. Then give you some bs excuse and return your deposit. Autonation? they are shady AF, try independent family owned dealership first...

I did the exact same thing, fedex $4060 deposit on a sting gray 746076 in D back in early may. Now that vehicle is going to someone else's home.

Every dealership is managed differently as this place had no mark up. You nor anyone else has to buy from them. I was throwing it out there if someone was interested. I found my 18 JLUR on a post like this 3 years ago.

When I was at the dealer today sales rep showed me some paperwork on one that was shipped and I saw the same "military spec". Asked but he did not know anything about it. Also later today I was on phone with Jeep cares and he mentioned military spec on my order.

Just heard from my Dealer and they are saying 700116 it won't get here until June 29th... a month in transit from Mi to San Diego... seems strange..

That's interesting. I am also in San Diego and was in KZS May 25th, then shipped and currently my sales guy says its in rail arrival Wellington, Kansas as of Wednesday 6.2.21. My ETA for delivery is June 11 - 25th, so will be interesting if it also takes a month from start of shipping (VIN #699843).

What dealer did you end up buying through in San Diego if you don't mind me asking?
