Yeah, I just gave up checking with Jeep (Chuckle) Chat when it started to become too much of an obsession. I'm too old for emotional rollercoaster rides.
This is my second ride.... I rode the Gladiator Launch Edition rollercoaster... My luck, I thought I was special and got to order 24 hours before anyone else... then regular loaded Gladiators started showing up 2 weeks later...then, naturally, my order for a granite was deemed a late build. so on the Gladiator forum we had our own "LE...Late edition", club for the ones who ordered granite... watched and waited...ordered 4/3, built 8/25, delivered 10/5...dealer wouldn't budge on agreed upon price (about 4k more than I could've ordered and had delivered 5 months prior).... So...here I am, back on another ride..... I guess I am special...short bus special...

So.... as many of you know, on April 12, at least 80 of us with orders at dealers without allocations, were issued vin numbers and D status (firm scheduled). Then those orders were dropped from scheduled back to BX on 4/16. Then some/all?, were back to D,(scheduled), again on 5/15. Well, 2 of the 3 at our local dealer, went D1 on 5/17, then back to D on 5/20. Saturday morning they both went to D1 again with est ship date. The roller coaster ride is continuing. Mine is still in D status.... love seeing all of those of you taking delivery. Enjoy

Congrats from another firecracker red 392 owner! I applaud your humbleness.

Enjoy the memory making!

Thank You Kindly. :)

I'm sooooo happy I went with the Red. I was torn between that, the Snazzberry & Hydro Blue. The Red really pops and has a deep bold look. I was a bit concerned but it looks much better in person than in the pics I've seen. Now the way that machine pushes you back into your seat... well, that's a whole new level of appreciation!!!

Again, thank you for the compliment. :)

Well I pulled the trigger on a second 392 this morning! I helped Comac90 get his second one with my dealer yesterday. My dealer has 3 more orders in the system currently in BX. One white, one black and 1 Sting Gray. I took the Sting Gray and since it was still in BX was able to modify the order with the options I want. Now that order is showing in system as sold unit, dealer said it should move along now. Anyone who wants a black or white one at MSRP can PM me and I will give you my dealer contact for the person handling the 392’s. He a great young guy! Comac90 can testify to that. Good thing is that you will still have time to modify the order with your preferred options like I did. Dealer is located in Ringgold, GA about 90 mi north of Atlanta and just several miles south of Chattanooga, TN. Let me know if I can help and could put you in touch with him immediately. Even Sunday!

VIN and to D in record time since Saturday. Guess my dealer was right that by modifying and selecting options I preferred on one of their dealer orders that was sitting BX and resubmitting it as sold did put a priority on it. Can’t wait to get both my 392’s!
