I ended up sending emails to my sales rep. My dealer is pretty small and they have a couple sales people so this was easier for him to check and relay status updates. But we live very close to Toledo so we didn't know the exact shipping information until the car carrier showed up. Never got a dealer ETA except the day of which was basically after the carrier left.I’ve been calling the dealer every couple weeks.
No complaints on that part.
