2021 Jeep Rubicon 392 first Vin and order, build and delivery tracking list

Now that the Rubicon 392s are starting to get delivered and hopefully mine soon. Jeep Chat said should hit the assembly in a couple of days. So just for fun, I ran my VIN through the Nevada DMV Registration Fee Estimator and its about what I expected. Nevada DMV has some of the most expensive registration fees in the country. Here is the breakdown for mine with a MSRP of $77025.00:

Basic Registration Fee $33.00
Governmental Services Tax $1029.00
Supplemental Gov. Services Tax $257.00
Technology Fee $1.00
Total Estimated Registration Fess $1320.00

Anybody have higher fees?

Yeah, Texas is about $80

Happy day, got an estimated deliver date of April 29th and an MSRP of $78k I assume that includes the delivery charge (I hope)... so just a few more weeks... There should be a gathering of all the 392s... it would probably sound like Sturgis during the motorcycle rallies... sweet...

How are your taxes there? My Fees are only $603 here in IL, but my taxes are almost $6k. There is no annual property tax here in IL though, so that helps

Nevada has no State Income Tax at this time. However, the property tax in Clark County (where the strip is) is currently 3.3% and the sales tax is 8.375%.

Gotcha, and sorry, I should have clarified that I was asking about just the sales tax on your 392, but you listed that anyway so it's all good!

stuck in storage for 2-3 weeks now. missed ship date of 4/6 (after missing the orig ship date). I'll take my advent calendar now please. I gave up inquiring and checking for a change. I'm to the point I don't believe it will ever arrive.

My dealer pinged me that they got their first 392 in yesterday and I went by this morning to check it out. Totally badass and sounds amazing. While there I had them check the status of my order and I finally have a VIN. 735600. Finally some progress.

Question. Have they updated the sway bar “reconnect” To a higher speed on the 392.

I seen a video that mentioned the sway bar stays disconnected until 30mph when turned off.

I wanted to know... is this true? If so, is that the case when you disconnect the sway bar regularly, or Is this an option in off road+??

this would be a great feature if it’s actually true. Driving on the sand dunes is so much more pleasant when it’s disconnected. We bought a super chips programmer for our 18’JLUR - however - its hit or miss in when/if it actually works. It will work one time then the next ride i get in and turn the vehicle on and it won’t disconnect or will just reconnect at the normal 18moh speed.

Unfortunately Nevada does have a sales tax. In Clark County it's 8.375% so I pay that on the sales price of the Rubicon 392. Then I still have to pay the above mentioned registration fees. So I will be well over $80,000 after the extended warranty which I plan to add in Finance. I'm saying no to the undercoating, paint protection, fabric protection, halogen fluid fees, muffler belt, nitrogen filled tires as well as all the other creative ways dealers come up with to add on to the sales price. Please just sell me the Jeep as ordered and the Jeep extended warranty and thats all i need...except for the remote control...and this lamp. The remote control, this lamp and that chair. And thats all I need, the remote control, lamp and chair and I don't need anything else, except this glass...
