You should be able to escalate if you've been in "I" for two weeks.
How would one do such a thing? You should be able to escalate if you've been in "I" for two weeks.
Jeep Chat should/will escalate upon request. Mine was in D long enough to seek escalation, which I did. I'll escalate again if I stay in "I" for more than two weeks. Please let us know how you make out. Mystery why a bunch of 392s are being held back. How would one do such a thing?
I would, if I were you. I escalated after 30 days in "D" though I think others were told you had to wait 40 or 45 days before escalating.#784563. I've been in D since 6/18 should I be talking to Jeep Chat?
30 business daysI would, if I were you. I escalated after 30 days in "D" though I think others were told you had to wait 40 or 45 days before escalating.
I just contacted Jeep Chat and asked what specifically is delaying the shipping, and if it had to do with chip shortage. The response was, "waiting on train room for shipping." Seems Jeep is building faster than it can ship at this time.Chip shortage (or some other component?) finally catching up to the Wrangler line?
Wow, care to share the specifics of the lemon issues?New order to add to the list. Vin # 805461 in D status. 392 Xtreme Recon Granite Crystal in expedited status after original 11/2020 order with VIN # 634249 was officially declared a lemon. Add that fact to the list. Over a 1/2 year wait for A FRICKEN LEMON!!!
My story is an absolute nightmare so I will make it short and sour until I am able to digest sharing all the details.Wow, care to share the specifics of the lemon issues?
Also, how long have you had the order in for 805461, as there are already later VINs published?
