2020 Willy’s JL power mirror issue

I was just wondering if you solved the problem? I just drove a brand new 2020 Unlimited Rubicon and halfway home, I tried to adjust the mirrors and the passenger side adjusted perfectly, but the driver's side will not move at all.

I did! I removed the mirror and the harness wasn’t plugged in all the way. When I made this thread I did not know that the screws holding the mirror on were the 3 torx screws on the inside of your door. All you have to do is remove those three screws and the mirror will come off.
