Here'e my new 2022 on stock wheels with 275/70/R18 BFG KO2's. It rides great with no issues. Not sure if I'm going to add a leveling kit or a lift next.

So I’m sure this has been immensely asked in some other forum….but would 35s fit on a stock Sahara if there is no plan to crawl or off-road until the lift is done?

Just put Rubicon OEM rims and ko2 285 70 17s on my 2020 Sahara with Selec Trac and rear anti slip differential/Dana 44. No lift. No issues.

do you have the tires flipped so white lettering is on inside?

I got a set of 5 Gladiator Rubicon Wheels with Falken 285/75R17. No rubbing MPG close to the same. Seems like the acceleration is decreased a little.

So I decided to keep the stock Sahara tire size of 255/70/18 and use the KO2s in that size as they are blackwall. I also didn't want the extra height to be an issue with city parking garages. Here's the final results. Big improvement even with stock size!

Looks great!

My original plan was to replace the OE Sahara wheels with black 17” rims and 33” tires, and black out all the badges.

However, once I got the Jeep I got to appreciate the fine attention-to-detail on the machined Sahara wheels and all the badging. So I embraced the bright work instead —still went ahead and got 33” tires.

No regrets. I was surprised by the outcome and am very happy with the results.

This is exactly the route i´ll take, Stock 18 sahara rims and 33´ ko2 white letters 275/70/r18
How´s been so far?

None.

I got a 3/4-inch Daystar “Comfort Ride” leveling kit, I put it just for looks.

How about the comfort ride? Any differences with the ride before? height? ground clearence?

Thanks a lot!

The best part of going with 33s in that you don’t have to regear, and the vehicle maintains the factory ride and handling characteristics.

I put Rubicon tires on my Sport wheels and drove it like that for a few months until I was able to put the Rubicon springs and shocks on. I think you could put on 35s and they would work for normal driving, I can't guarantee they wouldn't rub at full suspension flex or when turning the steering to full lock.

I mean the 3/4-inch Daystar “Comfort Ride” leveling kit . It was worth it? Any differences with the ride before? height? ground clearence?

They allowed me to fit 275/70R18 tires without rubbing at full articulation.
