Hi , everthing I have seen on the internet says that the cargo area is at least 40.25" width from back to front.
I am in the process of trying to put in a drawer system , looking at a 40" width that everyone says should fit.
Please if you have time confirm something for me. If you are going in the cargo area with the subwoofer on the right.
If you measure the very beginning of the sub woofer's plastic ring back left towards drivers side , there is a plastic side panel.
At that one point , the end of the left plastic side panel, that has vertical ridges and the beginning of the plastic sub woofer ring , I only get a measurement of about 39 1/4th inch , which means to me that a 40" drawer would not fit at that spot.
Can anyone confirm this? Thanks
