Hi to everyone. 1st time Jeep owner here,
I purchased a new 2019 Rubicon with soft top. Picked her up from the dealer at night and did not notice the plastic windows had permanent streaks. I contacted the dealer and still waiting for a response. The streaks looked like soap residue but after trying to wipe it off it remains. Hope the dealer covers it under warranty. I have seen other Jeep owners with soft tops also post here with the same issue.
My jeep passenger door and both door sills were also scratched when delivered to me. The dealer ordered door sill covers to cover the scratches up and did his best buffing the door scratch out.
Look forward to being part of the Jeep family.
