Guys I am still confused on this.
I am looking at a 2019 Sport, 3.6, Automatic. (recent build, I believe) I also thought I had to find one with LSD to get D44 but now I'm just confused by what's going on.
This jeep is a 2 door sport automatic - does NOT have limited slip. The window sticker lists:
3rd Generation Dana 44 HD Rear Axle under standard equipment
but then under the "8 speed automatic transmission" option it lists
3rd Generation Dana Solid Rear Axle
I also don't have build sheet access. Can anyone confirm that on the 2019s a sport automatic actually downgrades the rear axle? And in 2019 adding a limited slip does or doesn't upgrade it?
