I am experiencing issues with a 2019 JL sport with the xm radio and Apple carplay. on screen the xm radio appears to be playing not showing buffering or searching for signal. but there is no sound at all. also have had apple carplay running and again the sound cut out. Have had it in the service shop twice now and both times they are saying they cant replicate the issue. they have reseated the connections at the back of the headunit. and still cant seem to replicate the issue. took vehicle home after the reseating of the connections and the sound cut out again but still appeared to have connection. Back in the shop it went and they are saying they cant find any issues. Dont know what to do. This thing literally has less than 600 miles on it. any suggestions?
