2019 JL w/ 37s. Regear Required?

2019 JL Sahara with 37" Toyo Open Country MT. 3.5" lift. I have the 2.0L and was wondering if re-gearing is a must. TIA

I wouldn’t say a must but the 3.45 gears aren’t going to like it. The auto can compensate with the 8 gears more so than the 6 speed

I would say it would help, but a must depends on how you feel driving it. It'll function without, but would help with...
